The area surrounding Bruges

Bruges is also a green city with nice parks in the centre where children can play to their heart’s content. In the outskirts of Bruges there are large communal domains offering recreational areas for nature and sports lovers.

You can, however, also explore the religious heritage, by visiting one of the many abbeys and churches in the vicinity of Bruges. (link to page 7.E.A.B).
